Countryside Properties PLC currently pays interim dividends in July in the relevant financial year and final dividends in February of the following financial year, with the amount being paid in an approximate one-third (interim) and two-thirds (final) split. Payment can be received either by cheque, direct to your bank or building society account or through the CREST system. Alternatively, you can reinvest your dividends into additional Countryside shares by joining the Dividend Reinvestment Plan.
By having your dividends paid direct to your bank or building society account, you will avoid the risk of having your cheque lost in the post or having to present it to the bank.
You will receive your dividend in your account on the dividend payment day and dividend confirmation will be posted to your home address.
To set up a dividend mandate instruction, complete and return the form attached to your dividend cheque, register your mandate at www.shareview.co.uk or contact Equiniti for additional forms as below:

The Company also offers shareholders a choice of a share alternative to the cash dividend through its Dividend Reinvestment Plan (the “DRIP”). The DRIP is provided by our Registrars, Equiniti Limited, and offers a convenient way for shareholders to increase their shareholding in the Company by using dividend money to purchase additional shares in the Company.
You can sign up to the DRIP online or download a postal application form at www.shareview.co.uk. Alternatively, please contact Equiniti on 0371 384 2232 for further information.
As one of the actions to preserve cash within the business during the 2020 financial year, the Board decided not to pay an interim dividend or recommend a final dividend.
